Conditions for eligibility:
- Enterprises with up to 100 acres
- Turnover up to £50,000 and wages £5,000 per annum (Platinum £75,000 / £7,500)
These cover options are aimed at:
- Land with farm buildings used by the client or their tenants for farming purposes and, if required, the adjacent living quarters of the smallholder
- Arable, hay, straw, cereal and other crop farming
- Livestock farming and ownership (including beef, sheep, pig, poultry, goats, etc.)
- Animal husbandry
- Farmers markets
- Can include B&B/holiday accommodation (up to 6 guests)
- Caravan or tenting accommodation
- Can include DIY livery up to 4 horses (Platinum 6)
- Other minor diversifications by referral
