Roger Morgan

Managing Director

As Managing Director of LBU, I identify gaps conventional insurance cover brings and actively provide solutions to ensure both you and your clients are protected. I am responsible for negotiating new schemes with insurer partners and the mechanics of how these schemes will operate.

I am a keen runner and enjoy taking part in marathons, long bike rides in the New Forest, anything active! Wild camping is another passion, weather permitting! I regularly attend Southampton F.C. matches at Saint Mary’s Stadium and recently started shooting with fellow farmer friends which has been great fun!

Steve Cove

Business Executive

My role as Business Executive involves negotiating and agreeing terms with insurance companies in order to ensure the highest level of service and that appropriate cover is in place at the best possible premium, including the maintenance of the internet portal for transacting business across all LBU schemes.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, cycling, spending time with the family and following Southampton F.C.

Dominic Snook

Business Executive

Catherine Ducker

Accountant

Amongst my main responsibilities includes accounts reconciliations and settlements, production of bordereauxs for schemes, MI report generation.

I have two boys, aged 24 and 13 years. In my spare time I ride my horse Boris, a 16.3hh ex-racehorse, walk my Mum’s dog and am currently renovating my house in Lymington.

Paul Harland

Systems Developer

As Systems Developer, I improve coding and program online scheme systems for farm, smallholders and environmental liability. I also implement scheme specifications and undertake the internal audit of underwriting practices.

I enjoy campervanning with the family, 60’s pop, silent comedies and Robot Rights.
